Payment
We accept cash, check and credit card processing. We appreciate cash or check payment due to the rising of cost of credit card fees. 

 

Gift Cards
Elevate gift certificates make the PERFECT gift for all occasions. They are available in any dollar amount. All gift cards are transferable, yet not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards are good for one year from the time of purchase. 

 

Cancellations 
Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, we ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment that you please let us know 24 hours before your service and we will gladly reschedule you on another day.

 

If we are notified less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of your scheduled services. If we can fill your spot with someone on the waiting list, there will be no charge. 

 

NO SHOWS 
You will be charged the full price of your scheduled services and will be sent a bill that must be paid before any future services are booked. 

 

Gratuity 
Cash gratuities are always appreciated and can be given directly to your therapist or esthetician.

 

Check In
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to ensure there is plenty of time to go over health information.

 

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will still be seen however, treatment time may be shortened to respect the next client on the schedule. 

 

Expectant Mother Massages 
Woman with high-risk pregnancies should consult with their doctor. A note is required prior to the massage session. Massage Therapy can be done after 1st trimester (12 weeks).
