One-to-One Yoga

Elevate offers one-on-one yoga instruction!

Christine is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) passionate about all aspects of Yoga - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga and prenatal yoga, and is certified in Zabie Yamasaki’s Transcending Sexual Trauma Through Yoga method. As a survivor of trauma and traumatic injury, Christine is dedicated to helping everyone find a practice that works for their own unique body - no matter what that looks like.  Whether you are a beginner or
an experienced yoga practitioner, she will work with you slowly to create a practice that is adaptable and sustainable through every season of your life.

What should I wear for my Yoga session?
Please wear any clean, comfortable clothing. You do not need fancy apparel to practice yoga. Anything that you would wear for exercise or stretching is okay.

What should I bring to my Yoga session?
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Some people may like to have a towel with them.

75-minute session  $95
